Iron Maiden or Electric Six

Iron Maiden because it was my first proper gig and the stage and the music was amazing.

Electric Six because the band were at most 5 metres away from the crowd and came down, the music was great and it was a small venue so you could leave the crowd and get a drink and get back and still be near the front.

Either Lower Class Brats at the Boardwalk because it was a small venue with a great bill that included Pipedown and LCB, or Circle Jerks and GBH at the Colonial, which should be self-explanitory; it's the freakin' Circle Jerks and GBH.

ROCKon you have to go and see them if you haven't already, i went in 2003 and they have the best live set you will ever see, at Newcastle a 10 foot high Eddie burst out of the stage and started pointing to the crowd. On the song paschendale Bruce Dickinson was wearing an old army jacket and barbed wire and tank traps were placed all around the stage, it was amazing.

Emanuel, Moneen, Senses Fail and From Autumn to Ashes. Vagrant Tour 2004. Scored my first photo pass to a show there and got to chill and talk with the dudes from Moneen for awhile. Then talked to the singer from Senses.

I'm seeing Green Day, Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday and Simple Plan (Shoot me now) in June. Anyone going to that show in Milton Keynes on the Sunday? Maybe I'll give you some RR stickers if you meet up with me. HAHA. Still working on my photo pass to that show.

Tell your friend it's f*****g amazing!! They had literally about a 20ft monster robot thingy wander round the stage in a cloak, then he came back and started moshing! So good, I ache like hell now though.... but it's worth aching the next day when you've seen something like that!
