why don't you go on a weight watchers forum and ask. How the hell should we know?
Just go skate. You seem to complain about everything.

If you lift weights you might gain, and wworking out young might make you grow slower. Eat right, drink alot of water, and skate alot.

just go on a diet..
no oiled crap, none of that, no soft drinks..
lots of water.. lots of fruit/vege.. a lot of fibre..
there just the basic thing you should look at.. if you wnat more i can try and give some sort of diet but if you go there you have to set so much tnese and all tha.. and probably will have to give up skating for a while since that will ruin and muck the plan...
and as for phyisically.. you can look up guerilla cardio.. its a pdf thing.. follow taht and you';ll loose lots of weight.. (if you do it right)
if you don't want to do something that tesne.. just do like 2 hours of jogging every second day and on the other days just do a little lifting if you can, not heavy weights as that won't necessarily make you loose weight and it will make up the results (more muscle, make you heavier).. but do lots of reps and lightish weight..
hoped that helped

To see if you are overweight or not, use the Body Mass Index.
To calculate if your over weight or underweight then divide your weight in kilograms by your height in meters squared.
if your body mass score is below 18 = very underweight
If your BMI is under 20 your underweight
If your BMI is 20-25 then your an acceptable/healthy weight range
25-30 then your overweight
30 and over then your considered morbidly obese
However the BMI can get a little screwed up if you are very fit and muscley

If you want to lose weight the easy way without exersizeing or working out then have a little chat with some chicks from your school, particually the"popular" girls, they will give you a few good hints such as not eating at all except one piece of fruit a day, poping large amounts of laxatives which speeds up your metabolism, putting your fingers down your throat and throwing all those EVIL calaries up aka "purgeing" or you could ask the obese kids for some weight loss pills, usually they will part with a bottle of 50 tablets for around 60-70 bucks.
or you could do all of them if you wanted fast results.

Dude, losing weight is so easy if you actually have some willpower. Eat smaller meals throughout the day so your body doesn't have to store fat for energy, eat RIGHT (screw diet coke, no colas at all), and a good exercise regiment. Lifting those sissy weights isn't gonna do anything, either. Lift 40-70% of your maximum weight you can do one time with good form in 3 10-rep sets (www.exrx.net has a good exercise map under Weight Training). Do not work out the same muscles every day, as it will lead to stress caused by overtraining. Ideally, you want to eat 6 small meals. Coupled with drinking large amounts of water (try to shoot for 2 liters a day, possibly a gallon), the weight should shed itself.
Watch what you eat, too! Read the nutritional information and count your calories (1500 calories a day). Keep the fat, sugar, and cholesterol levels as low as you can, and for daily vitamin requirements, drink something like Ensure for a meal replacement. You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. Remember that if you decide to skip a meal, it is prone to make you gain weight instead of lose it because your body will go into an alert mode and store fat. You'll slow down your metabolism even more and screw everything up.
Weight loss = Calories consumed < Calories burned. PERIOD. Get out and exercise!
Thanks for reading my novel, good luck.

dsc lifting heavy weights really isnt that beneficial for weight loss purposes..
and
johnnysuicide.. that isnt really right (BMI).. what you need is a body fat calculator... BMI calculators can't calculate how much muscle or fat yo have.. it just runs by weight, height etc..

40-70% is heavy? Please. Assume we use 50%...Bench pressing 90 pounds, curling 30 pounds, lat pulldown 50 pounds? Yea right. Those are the guidelines for a Tone/Definition workout. I do 80% reps, and that is the regiment for a mass-building workout. That's not what I told him to do.

first off, lay off the lifting until you've stopped growing and just do physical exercise for now.
walk/jog/run around the block at least twice a week, preferably in the morning a little after you;ve woken up. it's better in the morning because if you do 15 minutes of like jogging/running/whatever you'll be able to burn more calories during the day.

I don't get it, either. There's a reason why you have a weight training room in your Junior High School.

i was refering to this.. and weights don't stund the growth really in any way...
and also that he said stay off weights and do pushups etc.. i don't see how that will make a differnt instead of doing weights.. really the same thing...
anyway.. i'm still talking from no where or starting to make sense?

Well, I am pretty much a fitness, health, weight lifting nut, so here is my opinion.
Losing weight is not about eating less, or drinking less. It comes down to calories vs. amount of activity daily. While I am not an advocate of dieting my reducing the food you eat, I will assume you know it is bad to eat at McDonalds if you are trying to lose fat.
I wont bore you with a huge lecture on why you gain weight and why you lose it, but here is what I would recommend. Get some slim fasts, get some lunch meat and bread, and maintain a healthy balance of the two without gorging yourself. If you get hungry, eat or drink a slim fast, but don't just eat a snickers when you want candy, that only goes to fat unless you do a substantial ammount of calorie burning.
Slim fasts are amazing. I actually use them in conjunction with a 3-4000 calorie diet daily to gain weight for bodybuilding. They will keep you healthy, giving you some of the less common minerals. Just dont get vanilla. I recommend chocolate.

Disgusting. Slim-Fasts are poopoo. Ensures are where it's at! Actually lately I've been using the WeightGainer 1850 powder from GNC (1.5 scoops is 925 calories!) I too have to eat 4000+ calories to see change. Eating becomes a job, and I don't make enough money at my job to have 2 jobs, you know?

If u have a weight room at ur school then use it. I lost like 6 pounds in like a month, 'cause I got muscle from doing that (not a lot but some). I also run like 4-5 blocks a few times a week when I can.
