My city is getting a skatepark!

Me and my friend got our town a skatepark. We got the info then we waited a month to next meeting and boom I said what I had to say with 12 people looking at me and the councle had thier way and started talking and going ya this would work and Me and my friend just knew and they ok we will have a skatepark and what you asked for we will make it bigger. More ramps more space. So now im on the commettie with the councle and we are going to start planing

sweet, my town is getting a sweet ass park too. just like sioux city's. find a park you like from www.concretedisciples.com and show them the picture, hopefuly they will build one like it.

my town council or assholes they always have rumers goin round about buidin a park but it never happend can u tell me wot steps u took to make the council build one it would help

Well it was easy for me and my friend bc his grandpa is the mayor and he said get info like designes and price and where and stuff like that so we did and what helped us again was that we already had the city admin helpen and the mayor helpen too so when we got to the councle all i had to do was explain why i wanted a park and showed plans and cost and they just took it from there. I was nervous so if you go up there just tell them what you have to say and dont mumble and stay with the real facts and no bullshit and see what happens. It takes alot of guts so get with your friends and start a group. I am 15 and my friend is 14 and for 6 years they been turning down the park and me and my friend just had the guts and gave them what they needed

It took my town like 10 years to get around to building my towns skatepark. I guess they are just dick faces too. They will probably get around to bilding it.

Theres a park here in Philly called FDR but it's in a bad area. Were getting a new one thank god. I think it's called Scyukill river skatepark.

i wish i lived by FDR park. the best park around her right hnow is the sioux city skate park and the closet is sheldon, sheldons sux though it is that skatewave shit
