Help Kurt? The guy's dead, he shot himself face it. I cannot stand all of this Courtney shot Kurt bullshit, face it the guy is dead, you will never see him again. Okay, i believe that Courtney Love got Kurt Cobain killed. I don't think she nessicarily did it herself, but she certainly had something to do with Kurt Cobain's death.

Nirvana was good but way overrated. And Kurt did shoot himself (but courtney's still a whore), as for other band members, well Dave Grohl was with the Foo Fighters for a while, then recorded 1 album for Queens of the Stone Age, and I think he's back with the foo fighters now. I'm wondering what Kris Novoselic (sp?) is doing right now though.

I think theyre great...well they were. And i'm pretty sure that the trigger of the shotgun was pulled by him...and the suicide note in his handwriting written by him. I never hear anything of Krist and Pat anymore these days though...anyone know what theyre up to?

I was watching the Nirvana Nevermind DVD at my friend's house and Krist looks so old now. If you guys are fans of them I recommend the DVD. And you should remember him and Nirvana by the music they made rather than his death. But then again a lot of you probably enjoyed him dying, if you were alive then.

Yes the lead singer of Alice in CHains died on April 5, 2002. 8 years after Cobain died. They actually FOUND Layne Staley ( lead singer of Alice in Chains ) dead on April 19th though.

I think saying they were retarded is a bit uninformed of you, assuming the only things you probably were listening to in the '90s were the backstreet boys and blink 182. They did have a powerfull music, and almost every one of their songs kick ass. Their music was unskilled and most of their lyrics written on heroin, but they were ****ing great.

indeed they were. i remember the first time i ever listened to them. my sister had a tape of nevermind in the car (i was round the age of 5 so yeah...walkmans where the way to go in 96) and i sorta nicked it and shoved it in my wee red walkman thingy...voila, welcome to nirvana.
i also like the way that they tended to wreck there gear on stage...i also seeing one show (on tv) with the best performance of drain you (imo) in it...at one point kurt's guitar stopped working (in the improvised part where it all leads up to the scream and the last verse and chorus), you saw him messing with the pedal and trying to get it to work till he got frustrated and just chucked the thing, then right after he chucked it did the best scream i've ever heard on that song....just felt like sharing

I had a similar experience on discovering Nirvana. My older brother got an amazing (well it was at the time) cd player and picked up a copy of Nevermind. Hmmm, must've been 1997, so I was about 6. It introduced to the rock style of music, so Nirvana truely does rock.
