I just got my TWS today and here's what it says.
In the Mandatory Info-News section it says:
"The interweb geeks have been blistering the message boards with rumors about a Plan B resurrection. Well, Danny Way has definitely left Alien Workshop, Colin McKay is with him, and Paul Rodriguez has quit Girl. Now, which eight of these ten pros will leave their current sponsor to start a new ... just kidding. Question marks still loom in the air regarding the likes of P.J. Ladd, Ryan Gallant, and other uber-pros being courted by Mr. Way. As far as distribution and other Plan B almnus getting involved behind the scenes, we'll let you know as we find out. Oh wait, just check their ad in this issue."

In the ad it says on the first page:
HISTORY WAS MADE IN 1991 WHEN...

Second Page says:
5 OF THESE 10 PROS LEFT THEIR RESPECTIVE SPONSORS TO CREATE A NEW COMPANY
TONY HAWK (crossed out) DANNY WAY
MATT HENSLEY RAY BARBEE (crossed out)
MIKE CARROLL RICK HOWARD
JASON LEE (crossed out) SEAN SHEFFEY
ED TEMPLETON (crossed out) JEREMY KLEIN (crossed out)

Third Page Reads:
IN 2005 HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF...

Fourth Page Says:
PAUL RODRIGUEZ
RYAN GALLANT
COLIN McKAY
DANNY WAY
PJ LADD

Then The Logo
And underneath:
PLAN B
SKATEBOARDS

In other news:
Mark Appleyard is "a part of something that has room for a change," as he's signed with Globe.

Colin McKay is one of the "first five" in the reintroduction of Plan B.

Brandon Turner and Peter Smolik party with a newly retired Kanten Russell.

There's more but I don't want to type it all and you can just read it in the newest TRANSworld SKATEboarding

An old skate team (formed in 1991) consisting of Danny Way, Colin Mckay, Pat Duffy, Rodney Mullen, Ryan Fabry, Sal Barbier, and others. Some of 'em didn't stay in the team.
Oooh, and I just found this too:
"The new Plan B team consists of Colin McKay, Danny Way, Paul Rodriguez, Ryan Gallant, and PJ Ladd. Sal Barbier will act as band/team manager."
Exciting stuff.

Plan B was wicked back in the day, I use to have some of their decks. I still have their ground breaking video, Plan B Virtual Reality. Some of the skating was filmed in Vancouver, where I actually skated before - the same spots, it was sweet.

Yeah my bro and I actaully met Collin at a skate spot in Van, he wasn't the friendliest guy at the time lol. Those were the days, skateboarding wasn't so mainstream and there weren't half has many ***** kids running around - you just skated because you loved it and **** everything else. It was a new era it felt like, all kinds of new tricks were starting to come out of nowhere, exciting times.

Around here its like what you were saying about more **** it just skate. And I think skating was brought on by companies like you know TechDeck and W.I. and the Tony Hawk games. I think that that stuff has kinda disappeared. At least where I live it seems so. There's a few kids who think they are good and suck but we just avoid them.
