my deck has holes in the board but not through to the griptape
how do i go about doing this as i dont want to screw it up

It explains it very good in that article, but if you don't have a pick file you can use a screwdriver...that's what all of my local skateshop uses. Once you poke the holes in make sure you remove the griptape in the hole, otherwise your screws wont go in securely....err securely...ummmm securley. Yeah

yea dawg just use a screwdriver and get the excess grip out of there and your good to go...the screws will go in S-E-C-U-R-L-E-Y...lol nitrousx

Thanx for the save guys...makes me feel good u guys are reading the articles. sorry I left out pick file or a screwdriver. I'll fix that when I can...thought it was obvious...but yeah I shouldn't assume. Thanx again.

feel for the spot and put your hardware through it. thats how i do it. my bolts still go in SECURLEY

you can put the bolts in through the bottom first to poke the hole then go through the top.
