i can't seem to land a bigger ledge( like 6 to 8 set hight), not that i can get a six set either but ive been trying this ledge thats about 7 set height, and every time i land i either fall back, fall forwards, or my back foot slips off and i do a split, and there was that time i broke 2 boards off it in the same day, that sucked. im bending my knees a good amount, im not trying to lean any certain way besides stright up, and i got the perfect speed, thats y im asking for advice, i just can't figure it out

go faster, learn to blanace the landing with the extra speed
doing ollies off ledges is easy this way, just pop a steady ollie
dont bail or kick your board out, that how you could really get hurt

make sure your feet are on the bolts when you land, gives me a better balance plus you won't break your board that much

I used to have that problem, in the air you might be not fully leveled out. When you land your off balance. If that doesn't work, try just centreing your balance. (Y)

I don't really measuer the ledges I've skated but I know for sure I've done some at least the size of a 5 stair... Anyway with me its all about centering my body weight, like after you ollie, lean forward enough you keep yourself directly over the board but keep a little more pressure on your back foot to avoid nasty ankle rolls. If your leaning forward while doing this you should have to trouble riding away.
