Desperately Need Help With A Hoffman Disrupter!!!

I am new to the BMX game and got a 2005 Hoffman IL1 Disrupter. I just can't understand the f**king brake system!!! I got 4 wires with the bike, to connect to thr U-brake system on front and back but none of the wires seem to be long enough or have the proper ends to fit into the brake pad levers. If anyone could give me a REALLY simple and clear guide on how to get the thing to work I would be extremely grateful.

Are you sure you're not looking at the Gyro cables? If that's the case, then you'd have more than 2 cables, and the ends would be different.

I've not looked to see if that bike ships with a Gyro, though.
