Yep.. i'm going to europe. Oh man i'm soooo excited.. here's the places i'm going-!!!
Dublin, North wales, london, stratford, oxford, paris,palace of versailles (pretty!), giverny, munich, dachau concentraion camp, innsburck, venice, assisi, rome, and then pompeii and then go home ... i'm SOOO ExciiTEdd!! 20 days in europe and it'll be like 10000 pix while i'm there! i can't WAIT!! :eek: ahhhh! lol

Oh man i love going to different state. idk going to europe will be so exillerating for me. like, idk, just it's a whole new place. New everything. It's not just a weather change. It's a lifestyle change and it's all from thousands of years ago till today. america is only 200 years old!! how boring. lol.. idk just everything. it looks so beautiful. I'm so stoaked. i gotta pay for half of it, but it's so worth it. I'll remmeber it forever!!! :) that also makes it easier to narrow down honeymoon spots. lol... i've already been ___, why not go to ___?! lol.. i'll leave that up to whoever decides they can put up with me though, i guess.

Ahh shitty timing for 2006. I'm heading back to Canada or I would have taken you out for a drink. My buddies came over from Canada on a school trip and I got them out of their hotel and took them all for a pint, haha good times.

You will definitely love the trip... keep in mind the US dollar sucks a lot when converting to British pounds or Euros. Stuff in England is expensive... like 2.3 times as much. So expect to pay about $8 USD for a BigMac. haha.

Dublin, London, Oxford, Paris and Rome are all pretty sweet. Too bad you have to miss out of Spain and Brussels. Man the city of Brussels in Belgium is so damn cool with the Grande Place and the Mannequin Piss. I'm sure you will have a good time though.

i'm kinda scared cuz like i've hard all the like stories of the like w/e you call them.. the naughty people/kids/boys around there who go around stealing things and shit. i'm so forgetful. i live in a not-too-big city. it's good sized.. 260,000 people, but i'ts not huge. the people are nice, and like if i forget something somwhere, chances are it won't be stolen, and i'll get it back. people keep sayign to watch my purse/money/etc. :-/

I've never... EVER had an issue in London. I've been around the Southbank/Shell/Buckingham Palace area from 8am to 11:30 at night walking along the Thames, sometimes with camera gear, sometimes on my bike, sometimes both, sometimes neither. Just don't show off your stuff or carry your camera over one shoulder, that's asking to get mugged.

Don't talk like most loud obnoxious american's and try to avoid using any heavy american accents if you can. If you have a southern drawl, just don't talk the entire trip. HAHA.

Wallet's go in your front pocket, don't be a tool and walk around with a map infront of your face, dont keep cameras hanging off your neck, travel in a decent group of people but don't let your mind wander away as you are talking to those people. If someone bumps into you, check your shit right away. I watched a pickpocket operation unfold right infront of me to my dad. There was a guy doing the bumping, a guy who was walking by to grab the wallet, and a lookout. I spotted it, moved in closer to my dad and the lookout whistled and called it off. Pretty cool to watch actually, very well orchestrated, but I saw right through it. That and my dad never leaves his wallet in his back pocket so it was all good.
