are you talking about a boneless 180? if so here you go......
1. both feet on bolts (or how ever you do a boneless for your style)
2. slide frontfoot off and bend down to grab board indy style
3. launch of the ground like a normal boneless but when your about 45% to your max hight, start your twist.
4. turn you legs with the board and put front foot back on.
5. roll away and try it again with a hand flip, then a varial hand flip, and then attempt those to a fakie manual or switch manual.... have fun

i didnt mean that, i meant that you dont slide your foot off the heelside rail, you slide it off the toeside rail and grab the heelside rail with your front hand.

How the heck can you even spin if you place your front foot right in front of where you need to go?

no... beanplant is the same as a boneless, but differnent.
you grab with your front hand at about the front bolts or back to the center of the board. i can do those to. your thinking of some weird kinda beanplant variation. ill try them and come up with some variations, walk outs, and combos with that tonight and get back to you on it. iv never done that befroe so...
