Hey guys, I don't want this topic to be big, I just need to know when you ollie, do you push the tail to the ground as in, tap the ground with it or push it hard to the ground? (If that makes any sense)
All I understand is:
>Push the tail down slightly
>>Lift your front foot up the skateboard
>>>Lift your left foot higher while your right foot goes downer.
>>>>And land at the right time so I don't bail.
Is that right?

1) set up in ollie stance
2) slam the tail against the ground hard and firmly
3) as the tail slams against the ground, it wont move. use that to push yourself forward. (also jump and lift your rear foot up)
4) as you jump forward roll your ankle so the sole is perpendicular to the board.
5) slide your foot up the board and as it comes to the front truck bolts push down on the nose or just keep your foot where it is.
6) as the board comes up to your rear foot, let your feet drop.
7) as the wheels hit the ground, compress your legs.
8) roll away happy that you landed an ollie
if you have any queries, PM me and ill be happy to assist you
