i'll help you dude, when your doing the move just think of the 180 part, when i do these i just focus on the 180, as i turn, my front foot hits the nose and it flips anyway so i just focus on the 180 and it just kinda happens.

Avery very good tip that i can give you and this is the secret of it, and that is just before you pop, turn your shoulds backside, and when you pop unwind your shoulds and this will help very much just try it and see.
