Endo help

I dont have any front brakes, so i use my foot. But any way, I can make it go up i just cant land it because I always start moving backwards. How do I keep it from moving backwards?

well, you have to have front brakes im pretty sure to be able to do an endo

Instead of removing your foot by pulling it straight out, lift it off the wheel as soon as the back tire starts coming down. Once your foot is not on the wheel, quickly get it back to your pedal. Foot stoppies are hard to master, so I'd suggest investing in some front brakes, it makes it SOO much easier.
