Popwar drop deck good?

I think im gonna get the popwar drop deck, everyone says its great. But what is better for street and flips, low trucks or high trucks? And wheels, Small wheels or big Wheels?

street and flips = low trucks. wheels.. maybe 52 or something if youre into tech.

popwar drop techs are good i guess, but the stuff in them wears out and then they get weak
