Skate Shoes

I am thinking of buying some new skate shoes, but I don't know which kind to get. Well, I was thinking of getting some Vans. I am thinking of getting the new Fallen shoes. Can y'all suggest some good Skate shoes that arn't too much. Something under $100.

I've been wearing Vans "Rowleys" for years (not the same pair) and like 'em alot.

something thats not too much, under 100 sounds weird. because anything close to 100 is way too much. 80 is expensive even.

right now, ima have to recommend vans rowley classics, the dunks or the accels. if u like grippy ass shoes, go for the rowleys but if ure goin for the more traditional feel, the accels are choice, or the dunks if u like less grip. i like all 3 shoes equally.

you should get some globe rodney mullen or chet thomas signature model shoes they are about 70-80 bucks they are really good shoes! :-1:
i have the darkstar edition thomas shoes and they kick ass!
the mullen shoes are a little better though i have the tensor editions wich are pretty good. :-6:

I wear Etnies - Vesta. You're not gonna find em on CCS or anything, because they're an older style, but I love em. They feel really nice, have lace protection and the toe cap will last a good while. I had to go on Ebay to get another pair. I suggest lookin on Ebay for your size. I got mine for about $45 too. Cant beat that.

I have black suede accels. They're a size too big, but I laced them tight and they're okay now.

just get what ever you feel comfortable with man, you don't have to ask us. all the newbies at my skool ask me the same ****ing quesiotn about what they should get. it ****ing annoys the shit out of me and i just wanna smack them! >(

vans were def. my first shoe and i got mine to last for 3 years...hahaha....but my question is ( as i have already done a search on this and i couldnt find anything so i'm just gonna stick it in here) is...What company makes the All black felt shoes with the gold embossment on them? Is that DC shoe company? I'm not sure cause i would really like to order a pair...
*as for newbies asking for show advice...its drives me nuts too...i tell em the same thing...start cheap casue if you find out you dont like skatin' its not gonna be a big loss. If you like it...then upgrade...just like you do your board.

Right now I'm skating I-Path mesa's. They are really comfortable and seem to hold up really well. I had a pair of 88's and they were very nice shooes too. But if I were you I would get a pair of Rodrigo tx's.

i have those too, and i love them.

the ollie area is like.. double thick.. and it only rubs on there, not really on the seams except at the top seam there.

but durability is dumb.. so, they skate really, really good.
