kickflip landing

i need help with my kickflips .. when i flip it i can flip the full turn but i cant land it perfect .. i always land with backfoot on the tail n the other off the board or Land it into a manuel . plus got any tips how to get your Ollie's higher?

More weight forward I still am perfecting it, just lean forward and jump forward.

Your weight distribution should be identical or at least very close to how you stand, lean, etc for ollies.

practice, use more of your foot than your leg to flick the board, commit and practice.
