If you could have one wish to get ONE obstacle built in your backyard for skating, what would it be?

I'd have to go with a 12 foot long, slightly over a foot high marble ledge.

a bowl/pool, no doubt about it. Probably the bowl at exhibition park.

I'd have a replica of the "Clover Pool" at the old Skate City Park that used to be in Whittier, CA. Funnest pool I've ever ridden.

I would hafta agree with you on this one. It would just need to be wide enough to serve as a manual pad also.

I'd get the same thing as crazy dave but that's kinda cheating becuase then youd have some vert, a ledge, and a rail all in one.

Oh well, thank god someone invented funboxes.

probably just a big flat cement area so i could skate at all at my house. but if i could get that with an obstacle, id probably go with the same marble ledge. and it should be maybe 4 feet wide for manual things too.

I want a replica of the Dog Bowl.
We have a new park opening in Santa Monica on the 17th of this month that has a replica of the Dogbowl. You should see it, so freaking gnarley man it's huge. 10' deep end and 6' shallow end with like 2' to 3' of vert, right hand kidney. The park is called "The Cove" after the old Dogtown surf spot at P.O.P. There are photos on several skatepark sites. I can't wait to ride it.

I thought that anything 6 foot and below is classed as a mini or midi ramp?

One huge minibowl, four feet to 7 feet in one of the pockets with mellow trannies and slick coping, 8 foot tombstone and a 6-4 wave, maybe a little curb coping in one pocket. It would have to be wood of course, and covered, i could spend my days doing hurricanes and blunt-pivot-fakies. Bitchen eh?
