Thunder trucks

Hey, i was just wondering 'bout thunder trucks. A lot of you guys seem to skate them and all i hear about them is people telling others to buy em.:-41:

Anyways, i was wondering whats so great bout em? They got good grind space, light, good control?? etc.

Cheers, cause i need some new trucks (my phantom 2's are gettin screwed).

I currently skate Ventures and my friend has Thunders. They are both very identicle, and have great road feel. Id reccomend either of them. Whatever you do stay away from Tensors.

their kingpins are set up at a lower angle, which gives them a more responsive turn i believe, or something like that. um.. theyre smooth, strong, durable.. and they dont use any extra stuff they dont need, so it minimizes weight, but they dont take out stuff just for the lowered weight, like grind kings.

thunders shit out at the one month period for me. The bushings blow out and those bushings are probably the best part about thunders; the response they have is amazing. Thunders have the tightest turning capabilities out there, so they make skating gaps and stairs hella easier to roll away from. But like I said, that advantage goes away in a month when the bushings blow. I don't know why but it happens. I've had about 2-3 pairs and every single one did the bushing thing. All my friends are full-time thunder skaters. They love Thunder trucks. But I'm gonna have to stick with Royal Evolutions cuz they skate a lot like thunders, they grind shitloads faster and smoother, and the bushings dont blow out as fast.
