banned.com....omg they pissed me off so much. I ordered my emericas from them may 23rd. I still havent received them!!!! and plus they said they shipped it and stuff but i never received a confirmation email that they shipped or anything so i had to call them to get the tracking number and then when i enter it in it says "UPS has received shipper's billing information electronically. Billing information received does not indicate shipment pickup or drop-off. Please contact the shipper for more details." So i call banned and they said they dunno and they said to call 1-800-PICKUPS so i call them up and the ladys like it was supposed to be delivered today and i was home all day (cuz i was sick) and ups didnt come and shes like u have to call the shipper again and ask for an investigation im like arite...and then im like thank u bye and then now im mad pissed and dont know what to do i dont wanna keep calling banned i call them 2 times a day and im like a pain in the ass to them. What should i do??

I called banned again and told them that ups said to make an investigation and hes like awwhhhh ill call them and call u right back and he still hasnt called me.....maybe i should bring a portable shotgun and fly to california and shoot everyone that works there.

Like Nitrous said just treaten them with legal action. Say youve been talking to friends and they have all advised you to take legal action and its the last thing you want to do. But because of the situation you may be forced to if you dont recieve your order. Then tell them that youve been very patient and if you dont receive your order you will be forced to take legal action.

Or you could try and speak with someone whos in charge unless youve already done that.

The best way to deal with them is by doing the following:

1) Call them up and demand the UPS tracking number from them. If they don't provide it your product hasn't been shipped yet and they probably won't deliver.

2) Tell them you paid for priority shipping via UPS and you better get your order by tomorrow or else you will issue a charge back with your credit card company and issue fraud against them as your legal right.

A charge back is where your credit card company will issue a refund for your order because they have not delivered the product. This will get Visa, MasterCard or whoever you used to start getting on their backs (the skate shop). The big credit card companies don't like to do business with merchants who give them a bad name. After repeating complaints and charge backs they can get their ability to process credit cards revoked.

3) After making sure UPS doesn't have your product (by checking through the tracking number) call up your credit card company you used to place the order and tell them you want to issue fraud against the company and do a chargeback because you placed an order and after repeated attempts to speak with them, which were all unsucessful, they still haven't delivered the product and are not cooperating.

Your credit card company will then reverse the payment (giving you back the money to your card) which also costs the skate company minimum $25 because they're assholes.

What you can also do is contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint against the company, banned.

I know all this because I run my own small business, so I know the ways to help you.

Why not? they don't send you your shit, kick their asses through the phone. Businesses like that are responsible, if i remember correctly, for items THEY ship out, if they didn't offer any shipping insurance.
