propoganda !
but really, the kflip back fifty on the handrail near the beginning looked sweet

question: after the dude bails on the double set, and the voiceover shows some shoe schematics, what model shoe is it that displays the system G2O2 ?

uhm. sti makes emerica, etnies and éS. sti isnt a technology. its a company that develops the technology that emerica, etnies and éS incorporate. they do awesome work, ive been skating sti shoes for a long ass time and nothing really compares to em.

Thats cool and all but when are they gonna develope something that will make the actualy body of the shoe last longer?

Somehow I dont hink teflon shoes would be that useable. I'll settle for softer landings in the mean time.

Other shoes have their own names for their things but it is all pretty much the same in my opinion.

yes, only emerica, es, and etnies, because this all comes from sole tech (sti), and thats their distributor.

g2 works for maybe two weeks tops, but after that, its pretty much worse than normal soles, so i dont want it.

^ and thats why u learn to stick the trick every try so u can minimize the deterioration of your board, shoes, your body, etc.. Sticking a trick cuts down chances of injury in half and ure shoes take less impact so the padding doesnt shit out as fast.. You dont have to trust in all that technology stuff if u become a more efficient skater.

i agree somewhat w/ Dark Hawk. Its all about mastering the trick to prevent injury. Where Sti might make a great product, you should only use it as back up. As for those of us with impants (i.e knee, hip, and ankle replacements) and those of us who have arthritis and tendinitis, this technology is a great way to get us back into skating with less pain. So thanks to Sti for making it possible for me to skate again. and Dark hawk you are correct, its all about sticking the trick, but some of us need alittle bit of help in the recovery process

I will say, that i cant even feel the gel in my shoes anymore(when i land or press in the sole) and they constantly squeak and squelch all the time now. I think i broke them :(.

my es acells have the G2 full impact system thing and i must say it saved my parents hundreds of dollars because before these shoes i had DC's and they were CRAP and i jumped off a 10 ft jump which resulted in a couple sprains and breaks so my parents bought me my ES's that have the G2 then i jumped off te same jump and landed fine it has really helped me

you dont always land exactly the same.

thats like saying.. yeah, i jumped off a 10 foot jump in those dcs, and then did it with es shoes.. i landed on my head with the dcs, and normal with es. but it was the shoes that changed whether i got hurt or not.

Still, it's a fact DC's suck and eS are a million times more comfortable. Nothing beats my 'Tissues Stuffed In The Shoe' Heel cusioning.

yeah, thats true, but it doesnt mean youll sprain your ankles more. youre not always going to land perfect when you go off a "10 foot jump."

yeah i know its just going to be kinda hard jumpi off of it and SOMEHOW get flipped upside down in the air ad land on my head i landed on my feet both times....very true that i could land with one of my foot sideways and there wouldnt be much protection there so i see your point
