my best night ever!

Hey all, me and my buddy Edward went out to Rye last night (www.ryeairfield.com) for the 6 to 9 session, I had never been there before and when we got there it was DEAD! there were about 7 guys skating, one rollerblader and 6 guys on (weird) mountian bikes! we had the place to ourselves just about. We shreded all over and had a kickass session on the mini for over an hour just the 2 of us! it was like 90 degrees and we were drenched in sweat, but it was the greatest night.
there is a short video of me riding the mini in my gallery, shitty cam and that was at like 6:15 so I was just warmin up, but its cool nevertheless...
heres some of what I was pulling off...

on the mini at Rye (lip tricks):
360 rock and rolls!!

on the street pyramids:

I was doin ollies off the top SUPER fast (big for me)
went wayyyy over vert on the huge wall... SCARY!!!

on the vert:
it was dead there so I had a whole giant vert 1/2 to play on...
I pumped from the flatland like a sissy got my kick turns into the vert and fakied pretty high up into it, still NOWHERE near the coping!

I would have to say last night was the best skate night I've ever had! what about you guys? do anything new last night?

yeah i went to a church thing from 6:00-8:30 and they had a skate park plus alot of other things the skate park was the best one ive ever seen it was awesome and this guy brought his camera and video taped me jumping off the half pipe to the ground :)my ankles hurt though they also added a few wooden ramps while i was there

It rained here but we skated under trees so it was still dry, I almost have nose Grinds down.

i found a very nice 6 set by a synagogue and it was closed so i had it to my self...i tried a fronside 180 off of it, board landed 90 degrees (i ride goofy) and i flew forward and it took a lot of shti off my legs...i got back up and got the hang off it but i have to wrap my leg in cloth because if i land like that again...lol...Major....blood loss...anyways...and on top of that i went and saw LODT for the second time and its really inspired me to learn the oldskool stuff...i can to the hard ass turns where you touch the ground and 540 turns and i finally accomplished a 360 powerslide...anwyas its not too impressive but i had never tried that crap before...anwyas...thats my story

Nice story...sounds alot like mine except I suck at miniramps...Ive been skating 6 months and I cant drop in the minipipe....well im too pussy to try.
