how many hours?

just curious to see roughly how many hours a day you guys get out and ride.. and how many a day do you think is really needed to keep progressing? yeah i figures its different for everyone, but im curious to see how long of sessions people here do..

personally after working 8 hours a day, im still going to try to fit in a hour a day during the week and hopefully i can do at least 8 hours over the weekend.. that SHOULD be enough...

During the summer its way too hot. Id say a about 2 hours of actual skating, 5 hours total of getting there, resting, cooling off, and traveling. Im really bad when it comes to sweating and being thirsty. I feel like complete shit and dont want to do anything at all when im sweating and thirsty. In the Winter though, probably 4 hours of actual skating. On weekends I skate all day when a friend comes along.

Today I probably rode like 8-9 hours and im piss tired I just restarted skating and my hips are sore. Ive skated for like 2 years off and onn and in my peak I probably skate 5 hours at least a day :-2: I roxors!!1!

I haven't gotten much skating in lately because of driver's ed, basketball, baseball, and my girlfriend. The most I've skated in one day in the past 2 weeks is like 2 hours.

i dont skate every day. but in the summer, its usually an all-afternoon thing. maybe not always skating, but we drive around looking for spots and hang around at the shop and stuff.

during school, i usually just go for a couple hours.

but here in az i went out and rode for about 40 mins at 730pm and it was still 104 out.. so its pretty brutal here in the summer... then i snapped my tail on only my 3rd day back skating.. need to land my shit over the trucks damnit...

oh well, new one tomorrow... seems like we have a full range of hours around here..

at least 2 hours a day, at most like 5. It gets to about 90 here in Ohio, recently there have been a lot of heat waves which i'm sure everyone in the country is feeling.

Out of all my friends, I can skate the most easily. I can usually go for about 7-8 hours, even in the 90+ degree weather. I just drink plenty of water and keep food in my belly. They all think I'm a crackhead, but I'm the only one not smoking weed so go figure.

I work and go to school during the spring and fall, but I'm just working over the summer. I'm talking about whenever I'm actually skating, which is about 3-4 times a week.

During school I usually skate around two hours, and on weekends and in summer, I skate for a long time, maybe about 4 hours. And today is my last day of school, so I'll be skating a lot.

Yeah water helps a lot, especially in 90+ weather. I usually try to get at least 2 hours a day but some times I'll just skate all day...with breaks of course.

Yeah I work to man, I probably skate an Hour a day maybe 2 and then on the weekends, 3 or 4 a day.
