I've got to improve my kickflips though man. Always land in nollie. Weird.

i don't really consider myself too good, but thanks a lot dude. and with the kickflips they look pretty damn good to me but if you think you are landing to far up the board then maybe try to lean less forward and back a little more. by the way i really like how when you do your kicks and heels your set your front foot up the in the same ollie position. it shows that you really have the flicks and control down.

Thanks, I'll certainly try that. I learned from dsc's example with the ollie stance thing- to land, I should stay in the ollie mindset.

Control down? I wish...perhaps with more practice.

Nearly all flips can be done with your feet in the ollie stance, barring rotational tricks. When you flick with your entire foot, it becomes more precise and levels out very cleanly. That's why your heelflip flips fast, high, and level. Try it out with kickflips. It takes a little time to get accustomed to doing them that way, but when you do you will be able to kickflip pretty much anything in your path.
