i was sitting in the local shop talking to mark {the guy who owns it} and he told me that your not supposed to clean your bearning right way like when u get new bearings and after a week or two you wanna get the dirt of right? no ur supposed to.... keep it on there for about a month cuz the dirt that u first get keeps other dirt out. but he said every once in awhile you should clean your bearing but i thought that was interesting and might be helpful

sounds like he was high because all dirt can do to your bearings is clog them up

no acctually it makes sense lemonade man if u let a layer if dirt sit on the outside of ur berings yes it will clog them up but that one layer of build up keeps out more dirt think about it right and it makes sense but whatever u dont have to listen its justa tip

I only clean my bearings about every 4 months anyway. nice info though it handy to know things like that for next time.

If you skate in the grass(bad idea) and dirt gets in your bearing, then don't use WD40 to clean them, because it will attract more dirt. Just take your wheels off and clean the bearing with a rag or something.

yeah wd40 just breaks down the oil already in your bearing so might make them faster at first but ****s them up in the long run. buy some speed cream and put that in every now and then and you'll be fine
