Satan Varial Kickflip

I can't get Varial Kickflips!!! , the kickflip part is easy but i can't spin it 180 good enough to land it with both feet. Help me, I'm struggling!!!

put your rear foot on the outside of the tail, put your front foot around the middle of the deck.

do a pop shuvit it, but shuvit a little harder than usual. kick your front foot straight FOREWARD, since your board will already be rotating, when you flick foreward, it'll be like you are flicking off the side like kickflips.

Land over the bolts and keep your knees bent.

Spin the board round with your back foot and flip it with your front.

The main part of landing these is jumping FORWARD

varial kickflip take 5 minuts of your time and try to do kickflip with a pop shove it and jump forward (way to easy)
