"The Place"

Well me and my freind got bored of all the skate spots in town and the skatepark is being built so couldnt skate there untill they have concrete so me and my freind walked the train tracks and all of a sudden he catches a glimpse just bricks and shit. Well me and him just messin around went over there. Well this place used to be a house and it got busted down where it was just pieces of the train tracks and bricks and dirt and bushes all over this concrete. Trees after all these years I guess kinda grew themselfs around this place. We got out shovels and brooms and saws and started clearin out dirt and cuttin down bushes and cuttin bushes that are in the way and it is somewhat skateable already. We got a few stuff to put in there to skate on already. There is two slaps of big concrete and maby a 3 foot drop to each other. Tons of shade and only a few people to know about this place.
Like the title says "The Place" is the name. This place is sooooo well hiddin and its ours!!!

we used to have a spot like that here to! and funny, it was right next to the train tracks! I think it was some kinda depot or something... we built ramps and stuff there, lotta fun, of course that was 1988 or so ;) i think its long gone by now...

lol ya thats weird that thier both by train tracks lol. Ya we would of worked on it today but it wouldnt stop rainin. I got a couch that we can put up there and we got ramps and rails and plywood and 1 more day of summer to work on it. so I will see what we can get done.

awesome. We have oldwear houses and stuff and little cottages that we skate because we live in a "summer town".

theres an abandoned primary school where some people from the local skatepark crew made some stuff to skate. its so cool, its like through some bushes and up some stairs. and everyone just skates there and hangs and there are couches and shit. its just like a skatepark but without little kids and stuff, its just a bunch of good skaters who have fun. theres an 8 stair, a 4 stair with a knee height hubba, a 3 stair with a downrail, a little kicker, a flatbar and it goes off a roof for a pretty big drop. ive fs flipped the 3, kickflipped the 4, just ollied the eight, only 50-50d the hubba and ive been too scared to try the big drop. its about 6 feet and ill probably try it next weekend. my spot is better than yours! hehe. and it already had stairs and shit so its so cool

That sounds awesome. We've had secret places like that through out the years, (usually with pools though) and it's always rad to have a spot to yourself. Also a great place to hide bodies.

We had a place like that behind a grain elevator, prefect 4 stair with a nice handrail. Skated there everyday until someone on roller blades broke their leg their and sued...greedy fu**ing people these days always looking for money.
