Use the media centre. Just choose upload picture, but upload a video.

it has to be .avi/.wmv/.mov./.mpeg

I would advise, .mov or .wmv .

Are there any advantages of .avi or .mov? I also cant find a program to convert .wmv to any other formats. Anybody know of any?

Google search it. You will find something.

AVI., you have to wait for the whole thing to load, which makes it a no for internet use.

Mov, is my personal favourite. You can go frame by frame, which it in sections.

You can use Windows Movie Maker to change .avi into .wmv

All you do is import your video into movie maker then save it as a movie file and it becomes .wmv
Make sure to use some compression. You can choose how much you want to compress during the saving process.

...what if you are uploading off a cd-rom, and the bitrate is 2060kbits/second and its a wmv file and i have windows 2000 and no editing or media programs besides windows media player and quicktime and the filesize is 128mb. is there any way to make the file smaller? does it have to do with the bitrate, if so, can i change the bitrate with the gay programs i have? thanks
