No offence but that pic looks like it took you 5 minutes. Looks like you used a background image and then rendered clouds, put an image on top and added a green stroke. With text of course.

...Of, first, you went filter-render-clouds, then you got the background picture and changed the layer opacity, then, on a new layer put the side picture and in blending options selected stroke. And I've only been using photoshop for about a week.

I do have to admit. Im an under cover anime fan. I'm not a huge fanatic or anything but I do know a thing or to.

Also I think we should be able to have picture sigs. Just put a limit on so people don't suck up bandwith with huge ass pictures. We should totally get Ramprage to change the rules on that.
