"I ten characters" Simply because of the Radiohead lyrics in the sig. Also everyone makes mistakes and earns a second chance. I can see both sides of the story, though. If I was as thoroughly involved in a company as Josh is with FIGHT!, I would take serious offense to something like that. Josh was sticking up for his friends. On the other hand, Mr. 42 was excercising the right of free speech. Not really using it to its best potential, but using it nonetheless. Some consequence should have arisen from it all, but nothing as serious as being banned.

Why hasn't anyone told me about this? Josh doesn't run the site, I do. If anything ever comes up like this I want to know about it. I don't have time to browse the forums every day and see what's happening. I rely on you guys to keep me up to date and I'm upset that no one has messaged me about this. Only one person, James said something about Fight on the forums but I wasn't sure what he was talking about.

the original thread was a thread by Sk8 Or Die called 'thinking of quitting' . Someone got off topic and pointed out something in Mr.42's own website. then the thread started talking about Fight! insted of Sk8 Or DiE and the thread was deleted

Unreal, I also agreed he should not have been banned and all I ever wanted to know was what his problem was, because honestly, I do care what people think and just wondered why he didnt like us, he wouldnt answer. I don't and never did agree with him getting banned as he DOES have a right to say whatever he wants about us or anything else for that matter. I found an indoor A/C park right across from work but wow was it slippery! I need some new wheels, gonna get mega softies that are narrow, hopefully that will help in the park. Haven't skated since last summer, felt good to be on a board even though I have no more skills

Yeah, that wasn't very mod-ish of him to ban him because of what he said on a different website.

It seems there is a bit more behind the story of MR.42 than we all thought. He was privately messaging Josh and sending him emails from his mothers account full of foul crap. Josh was furious and banned him for more than just posting "Fight Sucks" on his own personal site.

Regardless I still support and respect all the mods decisions here. Anytme someone is banned a reason why is not being put in The Office which will solve the whole thing. Soon we'll issue a new warning system because this is getting out of hand.

2. I have full banning rights and the full support of Steve. aka RR.

3. The mods do not have to answer to the users. ie "why did this guy get banned"

Now my actions for banning Mr.42 were strictly based on loyalty and respect.
Didn't matter that his anger towards me, spured him to disrespect Fight! ie Dan. I would have responed to mistreatment of any innocent bystander..my record for this speaks for itself. Could I have handled it better..probably. I could have went to him again and mended the riff between us...over what was really nothing...but I guess me saying his thread sucked...really hurt him. I have gotten people involved in making this site better also, and they have came through like champs...There are few skate forums with such detailed articles, interviews, vid reviews, and trick tips than RR.

I have talk to you numerous times in messenger...talked to you about filming, skating, and even listened to you and gave advice when you got beaten up at school! (that was atleast an hour conversation) I also gave you instruction on that thing (which I wont disclose...cuz I'm actually a nice guy) but you KNOW! what I'm talking about. So I've been nothing less to a friend to you, when honestly all I really wanted, was to be left alone. But I felt you needed someone to help you.
