What were Neversoft thinking handing the PS1 licence over to those retards at Shaba!!?? I wasted £40 on that damn game!
It has no gameplay changes,no new modes,crappy levels.
It has only one good piont,Bam Margera.
Look at the soundtrack one song goes like:

Hey Ho! Lets go!
Hey Ho! Lets go!.........

Luckily the PS2 title worked out well.

i've played it for both ps system and your right, ps1 sucks so bad compared to ps2 version of the game, oh, and all the other skateboard games suck compared to the THPS games.

That sucks dude. Sorry it's such a drag. I bought it on Gamecube and it's still pretty fun. But once you get used to it it's basically just the same thing over and over. Real skateboarding is much more awesome, so I probably will rent Tony Hawk 4 and beat it so I don't waste 50 bucks on it. I'd much rather waste my money on the Resident Evil series.

well it is if u dnt use a ps2 - cos if u use a scart for ya ps2 and play a movie on tony hawk, press record on ya vcr and u can record woteva u do on the game onto tape! lol

Actually I liked THPS3 a little, because they had a few good levels, like Los Angalos, and Skater Island. I liked the game a little but I would prefer THPS2 for the PS1 anyday. Oh and dudes that song does suck. Get some real punk rock like Pennywise or Rancid.

Ok man, 50-cent became "known" after it came out. Know your facts before you go complaining. Also, if it was all rap, more than 1/2 of the potential investors wouldn't purchase it because they didn't like it. Its better to put a bit from every music taste in order to please everyone.
