I'm not sure, just a couple of locals. But if you check the second shot the guy in the background with curley hair and glasses is Wes Humpston. Ex Dogtown rider who did all the artwork on the boards from the very 1st all the way to all those awesome Dogtown graphics. He now does all the bad ass grahpics on Bulldog Skates.
Oh I think I misunderstood you, I thought you meant the 2 guys sitting in the background of Alvas' shot. The other two riders are Dave Hacket (Dogtown) and I can't remember Stephensens first name but also a local Dogtowner.
