stick your foot in the front tire and swing the bike around.Then stay with it until the turn is complete next you jump back onto the pedals at the same time.Then ride away.Here to help later Brett.

As you ride, bring your right foot over the frame and then stick it in between the fork and the front tire, at the same time, pull both breaks and lean the handlebars to the right and push the bike around with your left foot to get it swinging, use your arms to keep the frame spinning around, then catch the frame with your left foot and bring it back under you, stand on the frame with your left foot, and take your right foot out of the front tire. step on the pedals right foot first, then left and ride away.
