What program do you prefer?

What program do you use or prefer for making/editing your graphics?

if for some reason none are striking you, the most popular are
1. photoshop
2. paint shop pro
3. fireworks
4. gimp
5. mspaint (haha, had to leave it in there for all of those kids)

I personally prefer paintshop pro. I have used a little of all of the programs i listed and really, its not so much that psp is dominate, as much as it was just what i began with, and it is effective, yet simple, but is capable of being complex at the same time.
Photoshop, im comfortable in, and i can operate easily in it but it just isnt my program of birth. :-P Fireworks just..isnt that well organized and not nearly as effective as ps or psp. Gimp...hah, the linux alternative..supposedly people say it works BETTER than psp.. BULL SH!T. i say its worthless and disfunctional. not worth anyones time. and mspaint...well...if youre poor and cant afford any of the programs above (or too retarded to download one..or youre secretly part of the RIAA. btw you need to die if you are).. mspaint..wow..i wont go there.

i do pixel art too, sometimes. uhmm..well, not the best example, but the easiest example is the spray can in my avatar. but with paintshop pro, i also did the rest of the things in my avatar. when you can produce that in mspaint, you talk back. :-3:

there would be no point in messing around in it for graphics purposes. considering its a NLE system (Non-linear editing) for video not for graphics.
