Does anyone here have an iPOD? I just go the 30 gig slim video playing one, black. I bought it on sat and the battery only lasted 2 hours..... I took it back and got a new one, currently charging now. Hopefully this one won't be a dud as well. My buddies have ipods and they last for like 8 hours at least but they have the older versions.
Its sweet, I have a tape converter I stick in my truck and hook up my Ipod so I can listen to like 7500 songs! w00t road trip time! :-4:

yep, it seems having a tape deck and a tape adaptor these days are just much more handier than cd players

I don't have an iPod. I still listen to tapes and records.
However, I do have a shitload of MP3's on my computer, and I have awesome computer speakers and subwoofer, so I always just listen to songs off my comp.

i got a 30G i-pod what you have to do is not charde it everytime you get home. The battery has a limited amount of charges so you want to charge it as few times as possible let the battery run if youmust just try not charging it as much and try not using the backlight as much it drains your battery quite fast.

I do the same tape player thing. Works pretty good. Although sometimes I get a really annoying clicking noise when I pretty play for the tape player. Hmmm

I swapped it for a new one, and its working great now, it lasts about 10 hours on one charge. The first one I had must have been defective. Good tip HELLonWHEELS, I heard its really expensive if you need to replace the battery to.

all un-defective i-pods seem like the battery last forever and the battery slow gets drained after each charge and before you know it the battery last like 3 hours
