That happens to all of us. We focuse on one trick so much, we either forget how to do another or can't do it very well anymore. I hadn't skated for a week and my ollies were al screwed up, so I just did a few, I skated mabye 10 min. a day, except one day i skate 30 min., then skated yesterday and they were back to normal. All you have to do is just keep doing them and resting(not as much as I did though) and then just skate for some reason and they'll be back, or you could do it the hard way and just do them constantly and tiringly doing them over and over and only make a few that whole day, and then come back the next day and have them back.

not really on the foot drag, it's pretty basic, try bending your knees as high as you can while still having control over them

When I was starting to board, this guy told me something....and it's the best advice he could have gave me: "No matter what, don't stop practicing your ollies, no matter how high, or smooth you get them...keep doing them". A couple months ago, I was ollieing 3 decks on my element, then went on vacation...and didn't try to ollie 1 deck (I was doing lots of rail/slide type stuff there.) Towards the end of the trip, I went to ollie just 2 decks, and couldn't do it. I got it back now...but it blows when you lose a trick..

Hehe, that actually happened to me also. I used to be greatly good at manualling, then I started practising nose manuals, and now I'm great at that, and I'm on good at manuals now.:(

Mrock i agree that is probably the best piece of advice given as most of your tricks consist of an ollie mmotion so this helps with your other tricks.
