Yesterday I was playin' MTV Pure Ride(snowboarding) on playstation and did a guys special move. It was a Can-Can and he took his front foot of the board and kicked it forward then backward. Now the game is based on real life and I thought a boarder's feet were strapped to the board. Tell me the TRUTH!?

It is possible to unstrap a foot and just put it right next to your binding, thats how like the one-footed method came to...they're alot harder to do, but it's possible

Yea you can start with one foot out which is called an astro kick and then land with your foot beside the binding but it would be hard to take out in the air!

Yep it's a great way to break your legs and ancles because if you land wrong then your finished. I've seen people do it with their back foot but never the front.

Yeah I've seen a lot of boarders unstrap the back one, never the front though....I saw this guy once at Mt. Tremblant QC that did a one-footed backflip and landed it perfectly.....
