Resizing pics

Ok guys, I want to know how to resize images in MS Paint. I managed to do it once before but never remembered.

Go into paint and open the image. Click Image>Sketch/Skew and change the 100s to a smaller number depending on how much you want to shrink the image. For example reaplcing the 100s with 50s will shrink the image 50% If you type 90 in the boxes it will shrink the image 10% and so on. Then get rid of all the white area if there is any but clicking and dragging or copying and pasting the picture in a new Paint window.
