First off is a hi guys, im the newbie here.
I'm 25 years old and im an addict. Addicted to what you may ask. The answer: skating, but not just skating............ Deathbox (uk) skateboards from the eighties. The little planks of wood are forever eluding me and im sure its a conspiracy against me. Someone out there please put these paranoid thoughts to rest by aiding me in my quest to find DEATHBOX heaven.
No seriously though it would be great if anyone would know where I could find any deathbox stuff (decks NOS or not, t-shirts, stickers) it would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah this is the british deathbox with riders such as pete dossett, sean goff, and rocker.
Thanks in advance

Easy champ. I dout anyone on this forum will be of any real help when it comes to eighties UK skateboards, although feel free to prove me wrong. Your best bet is to find out who distrubted them, if they're still in business, give em' a call and try a sort out a deal. Failing that. Ebay.

Sorry for the shitty response, it just got my back up a little with the response I got. Threason im after this info and stuff is because I am starting a death box website, as there is nothing documenting the eighties company. I am actually in contact with Sean Goff, Pete Dossett and Mark Van der Laere, however anyone that collects will realise Deathbox is one of if not the most rare and hard to find company out there (yes even more so than dogtown/z-flex/lamar), even though not woth a great deal.
That is my reasoning for coming onto other forums other than Skull and Bones , hoping that others may have experiences or could point in the right direction to get this done. If the collector heads on SnB have absolutely no idea, as neither do any european companies, I see this as the only option.
Sorry if I offended you Mcwattersm, but dont you think your response was a little bit shitty. All I was after was a little heads up not to be told "dont bump look for it yourself". So anyway my bad!! Last post!!
P.S. Thanks Skaterbrett for your input!!!
Also ebay is out of the question, over the past three years only two NOS decks have turned up and at most three well used ones. I think you can now understand the reason for the necessary bump.

Hi there
I know this is an old thread but I am hoping you are about? I have an interest in Death box myself, can you please contact me if you learned anything about the Death Box disappearance? also you mentioned youwere in touch with Goffie etc.... Let me know what you learned as it would be cool to get some info. I was gutted the day I realised my Sean Goff hoodie could have been worth hundreds about 5 years ago and wished I had never givrn it to my mum to make dusters from lol!
Cheers
an old but still active skater
