Here's a bunch I took at the 2005 Gravity Games

I live about 25 minutes from Camp Woodward in PA. Every couple of years or so, there's a Gravity Games event of some kind there. This year, it was skate vert, bike vert and fmx.

Bucky Lasek won. Bob Burnquist skated into the channel on Titanic and sustained a bone-deep gash on his leg. It was pretty nasty, and a real drag to watch. I wanted to see him win it.

lighting is good on everything, but the composure isn't there. Vert is difficult to shoot the easiest option is to stand at the top with a fisheye. I apprieciate that this wasn't really possible for this. But try to include at least half the ramp.

Thanks for the feedback. Believe me, I was dying to get up on the ramp and throw on the 12-24mm wide angle lens, but I didn't have any credentials. So, if I was going to come away with anything, it was going to be long-lens stuff.

I actually did put the wide-angle on for a few shots, but was too far away to get anything useable.
