Hey. I'm thinking about skating and i want to get into it really cheap so if I decide to quit it wont cost me to much. I'm thinking of just getting a Active Blank 7.75 from skateboarding.com. Is that fine?

if you buy a crappy deck then your giong to get discouraged and quit because you can't do shit on a crappy board like that. If quit just sell the parts on E-bay. Its worth the extra money to buy something with a little more quality

I would go with the level 2 deck since you want cheap but also good. This is what I would pic and as a matter of fact this is almost what I have right now. :D

get the canandian decks, from blankdecks.com, if you do this you will have a quality deck made from the same wood as a companies deck, thats all they are pretty much only made with different shapes and concaves.

well...if your going to pay that much for a blank I suggest you go to evileds.com they have the cheapest completes I have ever seen. They come with a brand name board or your choice speed demon abec 7 bearings blank trucks and I think usaully baker wheels all for only 70 dollars or less. But they have horrible service, it took them 2 weeks before they shipped my board out but it's so cheap.

dude get a nice board from ccs...get a basic flip logo board, gring kind trucks, monkey nut hardware, bone red bearings (ive got SS6) and ricta supercrystels be about 100 bucks for good quaility, (i need a new dectk i accidentally set mine on fire with gas and a match but i still skated it it was a nice hookup)
