wat type of material for the wheel is the best? and is Poly Urethane any good? cause iam gonna buy a set of those real cheap with bearings and i was wondering if Poly Urethane is good cause thats the type of material they are. thanks.

ALL WHEELS are made out of urethane. There are different formulas however. Some are better then others.

No, not plastic. Some (like hibbets boards wheels) are made out of PVC.

check the sale sections of skate sites. all i look for in wheels is size and hardness. for street skating you'll want 50-54mm or 55-60 for vert/pool. 99a or 101a is a softer wheel and wheels like rictas with a dual core of 82b/78d is a harder wheel.
