i see a lot of threads about fs flips so heres my tip, your front foot should be at a 45 degree angle behind the front bolts(thats what works for me, if it doesnt work for you find something that does), and the front of your back foot should be on the tail, it doesnt matter where, i have mine all the all the way across it, pop and rotate, and flick off the nose(important, OFF THE NOSE) and catch the board about 90 degree, or more, it doesnt matter, and finish the rotation, or if its low pivot and then your done

Theres 2 ways to do these, the hard flip way and the 180 with a kickflip.
By David;
There are two ways to do them. The way the kids do them now, which is the around the side way (think Reynolds), and the old man way (I do them this way) which is under the legs. To do them around the side, kick the flip down and try to keep your flicking foot right on top of the deck. You don't want to kick it past the nose very far. If you jump and scoop it out in front of you properly, it should land into a sort of switch manual and you can pivot it out. The jumping motion is also kind of jumping back.
Under the legs you just roll it off of your front toe, stop it with your front toe, and stomp it down. Both ways require the same jumping motion, but the around the side way requires a pretty firm flick.

Andrew Reynolds teaches FS Flips. Helped me more than anything I have seen.
