Need Help Desperately

startin to get my footage together but i dont know how tochange the style of file.

its saved on my computer as a windows movie maker file but that means it only comes up as movie maker not as a proper movie.
how do i change that

You have to save your movie as a wmv format. After you are done editing, go to finish your movie in the actions pane on the right hand side.

In the window with the actual Movie Maker, where there's the mini Media Player on the right hand side. Sorry I said the Task pane was on the right.

Recommend you get Premiere or Vegas bro. Movie maker's capabilities are pretty limited.

yea i know but im on a budget and it came wiv my comp
i put a few skate clips i got off liomewire together jus to experiment with it and it works fine for me

itll work fine for you until people start liking your footage and then others who can't or don't watch wmv's which i am one of them they **** up my computer. get premiere of limewire it'll help you a shitload since quicktime is alot better then wmv and premiere can compress as quicktime and windows movie maker is against quicktime it wont compress into it.
