I don't have one but everyone I know that has one says they scratch extremely easy...even if you don't do anything to scratch it.

I was thinking about getting one. But decided it was too expensive for what it was. It is actually a durable piece of work. Report of it breaking easily and screen going out is total bs. But with all the problems that the mini had/has I figured why bother. Plus many of my friends that have the nano are already having problems with them. ie, wont turn off, reduced batter life, thumb wheel problems, and of course not turning on at all. Get a sony flash player it's even better for skating and cheaper.

That was the first batch. They had a defect in the screen manufacturing but the most recent batch had them all non-defective. So no, it wasn't all bullshit.

^ kewl, thanx for the correction. The 2gig is running at 169 euro and the 4 gig is 215.
Ipod photo/vid 30gig is 299. 60gig is 425euro. Ipod has to much baggage to get anymore of my cash.

Dosn't it only hold like 500 songs or something shit like that? Fot that much i'd like something that could store all my collection. That's what i heard anyway, i havnt checked it out myself.

I've been thinking about getting an iPod. I have a quite large music collection, and that's only what I've put on my computer so far, so I couldn't go Nano or something small like a 1 gig. I'm thinking 30 gig. I don't need 60; no one does, that's like 30,000 songs. Right now, in my iTunes, here's the stats: 3280 items, 5.5 days (of music, jesus christ), 9.70GB. So, I think that a 20-30 gig would be good. I've been looking at different options, like the Zen Touch 20GB (Review here (http://www.mp3.com/creative-zen-touch-20gb/hardware/9/reviews.html)), the iPod 30GB (Review here (http://www.mp3.com/apple-ipod-30gb/hardware/2/reviews.html)), or the Sony Walkman NW-HD5 (Review here (http://www.mp3.com/sony-network-walkman-nw-hd5-20gb/hardware/8/reviews.html)). I'm leaning towards the iPod simply because all of my music is in iTunes, and that's the only player I can use with it. It'd be a pain in the ass to transfer all that music and convert the ones in the iTunes format.

I'm in the same situation. Converting and transferring everything would be a pain. I've got 2380 songs/6.5 days/8.6 gig on itunes, so I think I'm just getting a 30 gb ipod, although, the Iaudio X5L looks pretty nice. I'll find out christmas day what I get.

60 gigs is rediculus. Nobody needs that much memory. After all of the problems that have been occuring with the different ipod products if I were to get one I would look into other brands.
