Hey guys i just started, my friend recently started teaching me and i hate my current world industries board and was looking into buying all new gear. i was wondering if this setup sounded good


Baker 3 deck
grind king lows
spitfire multipunk 54mm
red bones
eS anti-social shoes
pro tec helmet

Intstead of the Baker 3 deck, Get a Popwar. Instead of the GK's, get Thunders.

Real, Krooked, Anti-Hero, Habitat, AWS, Toy Machine, Foundation. I just told him Popwar because they're my favorites and many other people's on this site.

Oh, and stay away from:

ELEMENT, Flip, Blind, Birdhouse, World Industries, Zero, Darkstar, Almost, and Enjoi.

1 thing bakers snap pretty easy and baker 3 decks are gonna look kinda stupid after a while when baker 3 dies down. so your best bet if you really want 1 is skate it and when it dies down snap it on purpose and say you landed a bad ollie to your parents(it works)

reds are way overrated

get silver(the company is called silver) truck, rictas, and reds bones are fine and if your are skating street, pick some 50-52mm wheels

Pick whatever you want everything has its highs and lows so just pick based on what the people here say, because they know whats going on.

Change the deck to Popwar or Alien Workshop.
Change the trucks to Thunder lows.

Don't waste your money, just get the Popwar instead.

If you are going to have low trucks you might want to lower your wheel size a little bit. Or do the exact opposite and raise your trucks to mids or even highs. But I borrowed lows from a friend when I had 54 mm wheels and I got terrible wheelbite.

If I were you i would stick with the Baker, yeah mna get different trucks. Like Krux or Anything in that region. And if you're orderin from ccs, try other companies because you might find something better, ccs only has so many companies.

i like destructo mike v they slide and come with good bushings and the deck if your wallet can hold it the new 10 stair its in the ccs mag so if you have a good savings go get that and get some darkstar light knight wheels they roll great good luck and get on it :-41:

destructo with risers
any type of bearings is alright
red bones is fine
osiris butcher shoes
dont wear pads because pads look gay.
