So thinking just that, tuning into your "target" negative situation, you proceed to tap some pressure points on your face. It takes less than 30 seconds. You may need to do more later run-throughs later, but you will get better!

It is so easy! Your body had the emotional turmoil, but the little taps (7 taps for each point, for each of the 7 or 8 points for the quick run through) causes your body to emotionally realign or something!!

One lady was super paranoid of water, she tried all therapies for years. Then one time one guy helping her was experimenting with these points. So he taps the woman on her upper lip while she is imagining being around water.

So she jumps up and is exclamating how she is cured, in less than 30 seconds!! She ran down to the park and spashed in the water!! Pretty wonderful!!
