Who'da thunk it, a barber can do more than cut hair

Those of you who have a vague idea of what I look like will understand that I have a beatiful maine of mop perched atop my head. A long stringy mess of auburn blur flying about in my face as I skate. It was gorgeous, it was marvelous.

But today, oh today, it was violated. My mother was sick of it, apparently my crystal clear blue eyes were more important than my do. To the barber we went, soon enough, an inch of that was gone. To the norm, an inch may not seem like much, but the delious crazyness in my eyes was the target for this sharp bladed crusade.

Sure, to the normal person, it's a good haircut, but when you loved it like I did, each strand is like a person, and watching them fall to the floor is like seeing a genocide.

Along with my hair went my already poor self-esteem, and my ability to love. So let's take a moment to commemorate, what was once my grandness.
