snowskate section

hey i was checkin out the threads and i noticed snowskate threads in the snowboarding section and the skateboarding section so i thought it would be a good idea to give it its own thread, please consider it

i like the idea.. but dont people only really do it at winter??? im not sure though... i hadnt heard of snowskating till i joined this forum...

yes thats a good point, but dont people only snowboard in the winter too? but then again snowboarding is a lot more popular

no.. theres are alot of snowboard/ski slopes around where i live... like the snowdome and they have rails and ramps and things but i doubt they let snowskaters there. and isnt snowskating more street anyway?

snowskating is more street but certain ski/snowboard resorts allow people to snowskate

i dont think its a very good idea i mena yeh some people actually try to do it pretty much all year round but it has only been big latly because people want somthin to do over winter. the fact is in my opinion i dont think its would be used very much and so a waste of space.

I wouldnt have its own forum or thread, whatever. but a sub forum like under skateboarding or snowboarding which ever one would be more appropriot.(sp?)

BakerStencil made the suggestion almost 2 years ago. We are going to do it.

I would like to see some actual content contribution on the site contribution forum. You know, Tricktips, vid/deck/shoe/truck reviews...how about it? Take a look at what we have and help fill in any gaps. Look at the reviews we do have, check the detail that goes into them...we want full reviews..not the two or three lines of bs you get on other forums. Also if you have a good intructional knowledge, then please share it.
Ramp plans, making something cool, how to enhance your colors using vegas 6.0 etc etc...

got it, ill be sure to post in the snowskate section frequently, to make sure its not put to waste, a shoe review section would be really good, because shoes are all different, theres so many more than there is decks, so that would be cool

I've noticed that it hasen't been getting that much traffic. If the users can help out, especially those of you who snowskate and pass the word around to other snowskaters on the net to help get it moving some.
