Yo!
Ive been practising ollie alot everyday now since a couple of days ago, and i got some pain in my thies and some in my lower back, i think ive been ollieng to much, this happend to you?

How long have you been skating? Your muscles probably aren't used to the strain yet, it happened when I first started. Just go easy and it'll go.

Ive only skated a 5 days or so, yes good that its my muscles not used to it, i had theese crazy thoughts there was something wrong with me and i couldnt skate!! that would be = the end of the world
Edit: Ive actually skated mroe like 4 or 3 days but i entered this forum a bit earlyer before igot my board

Yes... I have all kinds of pains at random times. At Camp Woodward my ankles started to hurt so much that it was like impossible to run, and my body was so stiff that I couldn't do stretches or anything. Although that was from skating from like 9:00 to 10:00 everyday for a week.

i can run, my biggest problem is when i bend down to ollie, my thies hurt

its more my thies and calfs that take the straining. Yes i was skating like all day yesterday inside and out :).

Yeah me and my friend just started skating, we have been for like a week. im still learning to ollie to and the only pain i get is my lower back, but thats cuz right after i fall or succesfully ollie i try again and again and dont give it a rest, but i think its normal :)

I have it in the bowl once I go around like 4 times.

Stretch before you skate and the pain will ease. Touch your toes and etc and you will either clear up the problem ir hurt alot less.
