Gameshark Help!!!!!!

I have version 5 (I'm not sure, but it I think it is because it is only a DVD and requires a flash drive) and when I boot up, it goes to the screen that just says "Playstation 2," then goes to a black screen with a disc image in the top right, then crashes (it stops sending video/audio info to my t.v. but the screen keeps spinning).

What do I do?!!!

Well the DVD can have some scraches, it only takes a little one to mess the whole shit up. Check on both sides of the disc, scraches on the top are the worst. If you have scraches on top, go get it repaired, or take it back if you just bought it. If they are on top, you can't do anything about it, its un-fixable, hopefully that isn't the situation. Try to take it back to the store you bought it from and explain your situation.
